Join us this Eastertide as we seek to grow in our awareness of what it is to be fully alive.
We will consider a holistic approach to wellbeing through caring for our mind, body, and spirit, considering our relationship with nature and the wider created order, and doing so whilst enjoying time together in community.
At the core of our Eastertide Programme will be the GoHealth LiFT Programme – a self-guided online journey combining faith, prayer, and reflection with evidence-based guidance on stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, and mental health.
Powerful change can happen in community and so to complement the self-led modules, there will opportunities once a fortnight to meet online with other participants for upLiFT – time to explore the content in greater depth, to share perspectives, and deepen connections one with another.
Join us for the Eucharist on Thursday evenings in Eastertide from Friday 16th April.
The theme of the addresses during this season will be ‘Gardens of the Bible: exploring nature connection in scripture’ – an opportunity to consider the imagery of gardens in the Christian tradition, serving as sacred spaces for divine presence, human stewardship, temptation, and redemption.
6:30pm, beginning with 10 minute corporate silence at 6:20pm.
Spending time in nature is one of the simplest and most effective ways to support our wellbeing. Lindsey Gray – a lifestyle health professional – will lead us in a guided exploration of the practice of forest bathing, which originates from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku.
We will enjoy the beauty of Richmond Park in an unhurried and relaxed way – simply taking in the atmosphere, being open to noticing what is around us, and to what God might be saying to us in nature. No special equipment or prior experience required – simply come along wearing comfortable walking shoes, curiosity, and a willingness to slow down!

Take a moment for stillness and reflection as pianist and composer Kristina Arakelyan takes us on a journey of music and mindfulness. The gentle sounds of Arakelyan’s music create an immersive space for meditation—a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you come to unwind, reflect, or simply be carried by the beauty of live piano, this intimate evening promises a restorative experience for mind and soul.

Following in the footsteps of the 6th century Welsh saint, Cadfan, join us as we journey along the coastal pilgrim route. We will be based in the delightful seaside town of Criccieth, ‘the Pearl of the Cambrian coast’, renowned for its 13th century castle.
