GoHealth LiFT Programme 2026

The GoHealth LiFT Programme is a self-guided online journey combining faith, prayer, and reflection with evidence-based guidance on stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, and mental health.

Powerful change can happen in community and so to complement the self-led modules, there will be opportunities once a fortnight to meet online with other participants for upLiFT – time to explore the content in greater depth, to share perspectives, and deepen connections one with another.

Frequently asked questions

1. How does it actually work?

The LiFT programme is an eight module online course, and the invitation is to work through the modules individually and then gathering together online to discuss.

2. How is this different from other wellbeing courses?

This course is different from other wellbeing courses for a number of reasons. It combines the best of medical science with Christian faith and spiritual traditions. It also starts in a different place – we are not trying to get to some perfect future. We begin knowing we are beloved children of God. We also do not see wellbeing as an individualistic task, but that our wellbeing is interrelated to the rest of the planet and to one another. We look to one another for support and encouragement – it is fully the promise of Jesus: Life in fullness, TOGETHER.

3. Do I need to be a Christian?

This course was written for Christians and leans into the faith and theology of the Christian church. However, no particular knowledge of Christianity is required

4. Why do Christians need different wellbeing programmes?

They don’t. But they might enjoy this new approach that helps to connect the health of our mind and body, to the radical promises offered in this life and the next through Jesus Christ.

5. How much time will it take?

We estimate that the each course module will take you around 1 to 1.5 hours.
